RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN
CROSS EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO
LOTS 4,5, 6,AND 7,OAKWOOD, SECOND ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that a Cross Easement
Agreement between Southgate Square, a condominium regime established under Iowa Code
Chapter 499B;the Richard H. Sevde Trust dated August 31, 1989;the Marguerite Sevde Irrevocable
Trust dated December 4, 1997; the National Farmers Organization; and the City of Ames, Iowa,is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Agreement
and the City Clerk shall attest thereto.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of May, 2000.
