PARKING EASEMENT
The undersigned grantor, Stanton I Partnership, an Iowa corpora-
tion, does hereby grant and convey to Stanton I Partnership, their
successors and assigns, and the City of Ames, Iowa, the right, title and
easement to park or direct and permit the parking of the personal auto-
mobiles of the persons who may from time to time be residents and invi-
tees of one apartment in the building located at 207 Stanton Avenue,
Q2303 Ames, Iowa, on the following described real estate locally known as
parking stalls 7 and 8 at 208 Stanton Avenue, situated in Story County,
Iowa, to wit:

� learly marked as such by the grantor and the grantor shall maintain the

The foregoing shall be a covenant running with the land, binding on

V assigns. If said rights and obligations are defeated, annulled or
undone through mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, or other event or
process, Stanton I Partnership, as the owner of the building at
208 Stanton Avenue, Ames, Iowa, or their successors or assigns, shall be
L bound hereby to the City of Ames, Iowa, to acquire and provide replace-
ment parkinq rights under similar terms at a site within 300 feet of the
o building or buildings at 207 Stanton Avenue, Ames, Iowa.

v Ames, Iowa, if alternative arrangements for parking are made elsewhere
N within 300 feet of the building or buildings at 207 Stanton Avenue,
_ o Ames, Iowa, under terms acceptable to the Ames City Council .

The foregoing may also be released by resolution of the pity Co�.an-
pcil of the City of Ames, Iowa, if, due to changes in the ordinances of
U_ o �, the City of Ames, Iowa, the parking requirements for the building or
00 bbuildings at 207 Stanton Avenue, Ames, Iowa, are no longer necessary
�q under the ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa.

On this 23rd day of July 1991, before me, a Notary Public
in and for the State of Iowa, personally appeared Larry R. Curtis and
Nancy Dionigi , to me personally known, and, who being by me duly sworn,
did say that they are the Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the
City of Ames, Iowa; that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument is
the corporate seal of the corporation, and that the instrument was
signed and sealed on behalf of the corporation, by authority of its City
Council , as contained in Resolution No. 91-296 adopted by the City
Council on the 23rd day of July 1991, and that Larry R.
Curtis and Nancy Dionigi acknowledged the execution of the instrument to
be their voluntary act and deed and the voluntary act and deed of the
corporation, by it voluntarily executed.
