And A strip of land across Lot 11 of Sixth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision, an Official Plat in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa. Said strip of land being 10.00 feet in width and lying 5.00 feet each side of the following described line: Commencing as a point of reference at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11; thence northwesterly 111.32 feet along the arc of a curve concave northeasterly in the southerly line of said Lot 11 having a radius of 3,450.00 feet, a central angle of 1°50'55", and a 111.31-foot long chord which bears N71°09'32"W to the Point of Beginning; thence N17°55'00"E, 192.50 feet to the Point of Terminus.
