In addition, the property at 218 Stanton Avenue currently has a remote parking agreement in place that designates on site 10 parking spaces for use by residents at 207 Stanton Avenue. The owner of all three parcels is in the process of completing a 70 stall parking ram property P P P 9 P g P at 217 Stanton Avenue. This parking ramp will provide 50 parking spaces for the new seven-story apartment building currently being constructed at 208 Stanton Avenue. Two of the four parking spaces currently being provided at 208 Stanton Avenue will now be provided in the new parking ramp at 217 Stanton Avenue. Release and abandon two parking spaces at 208 Stanton Avenue for residents of 218 Stanton Avenue; 2. Release and abandon two parking spaces at 208 Stanton Avenue for residents of 207 Stanton Avenue; and 3.
