RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION/
DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT OVER A
PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY
CARRIAGE HOUSE FOODS,INC.,(PARCEL 13)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Electric
Transmission/Distribution Easement over a parcel of land owned by Carriage House Foods,Inc.(Parcel
13), is hereby approved;and that the Mayor and City Clerk shall cause the instrument to be signed and
sealed for the City.
