RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ELECTRIC
TRANSMISSION EASEMENT OVER
A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY
HAJOCA CORPORATION(PARCEL 24)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Electric
Transmission Easement over a parcel of land owned by Hajoca Corporation (Parcel 24) is hereby
approved,and that the Mayor and City Clerk shall cause the instrument to be signed and sealed for the
City.
