We completed plans and specifications and intend to receive bids in March for summer construction. The enclosed two sheets comprise our proposed easement to access the field through the driveway directly north of your house. This proposed easement exactly matches that which the school district currently maintains. We are offering a sum of$200 to you for the purchase of this easement. If you would like to discuss this easement proposal or details of the well construction, please contact me at 239-5150.
