RE: Reiman Gardens Water and Electrical Easements

At their meeting of May 23, 2000, the Ames City Council approved the above-named easements.
Enclosed are five copies of each of the easements. After you have obtained the approval of the
Board of Regents, please send a fully executed copy of each to me. Upon my receipt of same, the
formerly executed Quit Claim Deed will be sent to you.
