Water Main Loop A permanent easement across Lots Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7); Landmark Subdivision, in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline: "Commencing at the southeast (SE) corner of said Lot Seven (7); thence north, 10.00 feet along the east line of Lot 7, to the point of beginning; thence west, 230.95 feet (to a point designated "A"); thence north, 71.60 feet; thence north 45000100" west, 13.04 feet to the east line of Raphael Avenue, and the point of ending."
