STORM SEWER EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (Uwe), Todd Michael Sandier, & Jean Marie Murdock, its successors and assigns,
(do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation the
perpetual right to enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct,
reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over and repair a storm sewer upon,
under, and across the land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
5 feet both sides of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point 44 feet southeast
from the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 3, Reiste's 2"d Addition, Ames, Story County,
Iowa, and north 590 east 106; thence northeasterly 120 feet to a point on the east line
118.5 feet south of the northeast corner of said lot.
Containing approximately 1,200 square feet.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames,
Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by
the Citv's failure to use due care in its exercise of the riahts aranted.
