That (I/we), Bill Allen, Stone Brooke Partnership (do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a
municipal corporation its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land described
and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over and repair
a sanitary sewer easement upon, under, and across the land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
A 15'wide construction easement and a 10' wide permanent easement lying south of and abutting a line
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 5' south of the northwest corner of the E'/of Section 27 T84N R24W of the 5th P.M.
and running thence east 220'; all located in Story County, Iowa and containing 0.07 and 0.05 acres
respectively.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa, will assume
all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by the City's failure to use due care
in its exercise of the rights granted. -
