KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: VV
That (1/we), Harlan Dubansky do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal
corporation its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land described
and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over
and repair a water main easement upon, under, and across the land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
A permanent easement 35' in width more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 525.2' north and 66' west of the southeast corner of Lot 15, Hunter's
Subdivision and running thence west 286.26'; thence north 35', thence east 286.26'; thence
south 35' to the point of beginning.
All located in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa and containing 0.23 acres more or less.
Also, a permanent easement 10' in width centered on a line more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point 675.2' north and 352.26' west of the southeast corner of Lot 15,
Hunters Subdivision and running thence west 10'. All located in the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa and containing 0.002 acres more or less.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa, will
assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by the City's failure
to use due care in its exercise of the rights granted.
