KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (1/we), Jensen Design Build Inc., (do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames,
Iowa, a municipal corporation the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and
the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, and repair water main
and sanitary sewer improvements upon, under, and across the land described as
follows:
DESCRIPTION:
A permanent right-of-way permit and easement more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 4, Jewel Park Subdivision Plat 2, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence southerly 16.38 feet along the east line of said Lot 4, thence
westerly 90.89 feet to the west line of said Lot 4; thence northerly 8.35 feet along the
west line of said Lot 4; thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 4 to the point of
beginning.
Containing approximately 1,125.1 square feet.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames,
Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by
the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the rights granted.
