KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (1/we), Larson Development Corp., (do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames,
Iowa, a municipal corporation the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and
the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, and repair water main
and sanitary sewer improvements upon, under, and across the land described as
follows:
DESCRIPTION:
A permanent right-of-way permit and easement more particularly described as follows:
The south 10' of Lot 3 Jewel Park Subdivision Plat 2, Ames, Story County, Iowa.
Containing approximately 917.7 square feet.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames,
Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by
the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the rights granted.
