RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
R. FRIEDRICH & SONS, INC.
That (1/we), Robert K. Friedrich and Reinhard K. Friedrich
(do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and
the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and
cover over and repair a water main with incress land egresvpon, under and across
the land described as follows:
