RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (1/we), Larson Development Corporation, its successors and assigns, (do/does)
hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation the perpetual right to
enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up,
operate, maintain, and cover over and repair a sanitary sewer and water utility upon,
under, and across the land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3, Jewel Park Subdivision Plat 2, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence north along the west line of said Lot 3, a distance of 12.5 feet;
thence west 25 feet; thence south 25 feet; thence east 25 feet to the west line of Lot 4,
said subdivision; thence north 12.5 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 625 square feet.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa,
will assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by the
City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the rights granted.
