G RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (l/we), Erik and Sheili Munn (do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a
municipal corporation its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the
land described and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate,
maintain, and cover over and repair a water main easement upon, under, and across the
land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
A strip of land 10 feet wide, 5 feet each side of the following described centerline;
commencing at the southwest corner of Parcel "G" in the SE1/a NE1/a of Section 15 T83N,
R24W of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence N 89" 50' 00" east
32.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 00 06' 45" east a distance of 704.6 feet.
Also:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Parcel "G"; thence north 890 50' 00" east, 32.05
feet ; thence north 00 06' 45" east, 498.6 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 890
46' 00" west 32.05 feet to the west line of said Parcel "G".
Also:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Parcel "G"; thence north 890 50' 00" east, 32.05
feet; thence north 00 06' 45" east, 309.73 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 880
24' 25" west, 32.05 feet to the west line of said Parcel "G".
Containing 0.178 acres more or less.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa,
will assume all liability for all damages to the above described property caused by the
City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the rights granted.
