' r FIRST ADDENDUM TO TRANSMISSION LINE EASEMENT JOB & CO. , a Nebraska corporation, executes this First Addendum to Transmission Line Easement as a part of the Transmission Line Easement dated November 30, 1987, grantng a transmission line easement to the City of Ames , Iowa, on and over the following described real estate: N58 feet of NEjSWj , N 58 feet East 330 feet NWjSWj and North 58 feet NWj SEJ Section 31 , Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , Story County, Iowa, lying north of railroad less road right of way as it now exists (the "Easement Parcel") . The granting of such easement is based on the following representations made by an authorized official of the City of Ames, Iowa, each of which was and is deemed to be material by JOB & Co. 1 . Planting, fertilizing, cultivation, harvesting and all other farm operations shall continue uninterrupted on the Easement Parcel so long as the City of Ames ' electrical transmission lines on and over the Easement Parcel are not damaged or interfered with. 2. The structure of the poles on the Easement Parcel shall be substantially in compliance with the type described in the booklet titled "Information Concerning the Proposed Boone-Junction-Storage Transmission Lien - Ames Municipal Electric System, Ames, Iowa dated September 8 , 1987. " 3 . No more than nine transmission line poles shall be placed on the Easement Parcel. 4 . The total consideration paid by the City of Ames to JOB & Co. for such easement is substantially the same as the highest amount paid to any land owner along the Boone-Junction-Storage Transmission Line for an easement comparable in length to the easement granted by JOB & Co.
