HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Ingress and Egress - Rasmussen EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS The City of Ames, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable consideration, hereby grants a perpetual easement for ingress and egress to Joel C. Rasmussen and Betty Ann Rasmussen, husband and wife, over the following- described real estate: The East 20 Feet of the North 350. 4 Feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, except the North 33 Feet thereof. This easement shall run with the land and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, transferees, and assigns of the parties hereto. This Easement is granted pursuant to Resolution No. 85-151 of the City Council of Ames, Iowa. Dated May 1986.
