RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT 0-
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (I/we), Connie R. Madison (do/does)
hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land described
and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain,
and cover over and repair a storm sewer line upon, under, and
across the land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION;
�Hunziker-Furman.
The west 5' of lot 16 and the west 5' of the south 15' of Lot 17, I+--&--F- 5th
Subdivision.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of
Ames, Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described
property caused by Y the Cit 's failure to use due care in its exercise of the
rights granted.
