enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct, recon-
struct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over and repair a water main
upon, under, and across the land described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the west right of way line of South Duff Avenue 462.28
feet south and 93 feet west of the Northeast Corner of the NEI of the SW4• of
Section 11, T83N R24W of the 5th P.M. , Story County, Ames, Iowa; thence
north 891 16' 00" west a distance 127.01 feet; thence north 461 14' 59" west a
distance of 104.21 feet, containing 0.05 acres more or less.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of
Ames, Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described
property caused by the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the
rights granted.
