v BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that pursuant to the
terms of the parking easement filed for record at Book 278, page 322,Office of the Story
a County Recorder, said easement is hereby released by resolution of the City Council of
the City of Ames,Iowa,in that alternative arrangements for parking are made elsewhere
within three hundred (300) feet of the building at 2410 Chamberlain Street, Ames,Iowa
