Mark,
The easement was approved and should be at the Board office for signatures and sent back to us shortly. Once we have
it we will get it to you to have recorded. As for the old traffic signal cable easement after checking with ISU Counsel we
do not have any issues with you proceeding with trying to get it recorded. Will leave this up to you and your counsel to
work with the county on getting this completed. Just keep me in the loop and if it is recorded without any issues please
forward a copy of the easement to me for our files. If the county will not accept it let me know and we will determine
what is next.

What is you project schedule? Our preference is no work starts until after spring semester is over which is May 61h. We
have Van Maanen for the signal replacement at Haber and University that will also start after spring semester is
over. Thanks
Randy

Hey Randy!
We got bids today for Lincoln Way& Beach and we should finally be able to award it.Van Maanen was apparent low
bidder.
Did the easements get approved at the November Board of Regents meeting?
Also, have you heard any more on getting the old signal control cable easement recorded?
Thanks!
