EASMENT
Ames Community School District of Ames, Story County,
Iowa, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt
+ of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of
( Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns,
the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use
a water main as a part of the Ames municipal water system in:
The West 10 feet of Block 19, Bl#ir's Addition
to the City of Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing easement is .granted upon the express con-
dition that the City of Ames will assume liability for all
damage to the said described property caused by the city's failure
to use due care in the exercise of the granted right.
WITNESS our hands and seal this day of August, 1957.
