Merrill and Mavis F. Merrill, GRANTEES, re: Lot Thirteen (13) , except the East Twenty-four and Five-Tenths Feet (24.5' ) thereof, Lockwood's Addition to Town of Ames, Iowa WHEREAS the GRANTOR is the franchisee and tenant representative of Burger King International Corporation, authorized to grant easements on behalf of said NDDL, Inc. , Lessor of the following described property: Lots Nine (9) , Ten (10), Eleven (11) , Twelve (12) and the East Twenty-four and Five-Tenths Feet (24.5') of Lot Thirteen (13), Lockwood's Addition to the Town of Ames, Iowa AND WHEREAS GRANTEES are the contract purchaser of the instant property; AND WHEREAS the parties do hereby seek to make agreement for a parking easement. IT IS THEREFORE AGREED as follows: 1. The GRANTOR does hereby grant to GRANTEES a perpetual easement for parking on the East 24.5' of Lot Thirteen (13) , Lockwood's Addition to the Town of Ames, Iowa, containing approximately 3,300 square feet in considera- tion of One dollar and other valuable consideration. 2. GRANTEES agree to keep the granted portion free of debris. All other rights and obligations shall be maintained in their present form.
