association established under Declaration of Trust dated May 19,
1970, the. gxound lessee, do hereby, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa,
a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual
right to enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to
construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over
and repair a traffic signal system easement, upon, under, and across
the land described as follows:
Commencing at the' Northwest corner, Section 35-84-24 of
the 5th P.M. , Story County, Iowa; thence West ' 60 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continuing West 10
feet; thence North 35 feet; thence West 50 feet; thence
South 70 feet; thence East '60 .feet; thence North 35 feet
to the point of beginning.
See attached plat marked ExhibitA and made a part hereof.
There is also hereby granted a right of ingress and egress over
and access adjacent land and a temporary right �of encroachment over
and across adjacent land on either sie, of the aboye described line
only during the period of construction`.

Richards and Ruth Francis, to me personally known, who being by
me duly sworn did say that they are respectively the President and
Secretary of said GENERAL GROWTH PROPERTIES, a Massachusetts
voluntary association established under Declaration of Trust dated
May 19, 1970, (the"Trust"), and that said instrument was signed in
behalf of said Trust by authority of its Trustees and said Stanley
Richards and Ruth Francis acknowledged the exeation of said instru-
