Fee $1.50 �G L5 RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT We, Ossie Freel and Flora Freel, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the right to enter upon the land hereinafter described and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, cover over and repair a storm sewer upon, under and across the following described real estate: Twenty (20) feet on each side of a line beginning 941 feet north of the Southeast corner of the SW4 of Section 10 Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P. M., Story County, Iowa; thence West 5 feet; thence North 670 37. 5' West 414 feet to the top of the bank of the Skunk River. The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa will assume liability for all damages to the above described property caused by the city's failure to use due care in the exercise of the right granted, and it is understood and agreed that the grantors herein reserve the right to maintain their trap shooting facilities over and across the above described property until such time as the above said property is incorporated within the city limits of the City of Ames, Iowa.
