successors and assigns, the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and
the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and
cover over and repair a sanitary sewer upon, under and across
the land described as, follows:

A permanent easement 10' in width and a temporary construction easement 20,
in width centered on a line more particularly described as follows: Com-
mencing at a point 1,084.3' east of the southwest corner of Section 6-T83N-
R23 W of the 5th P.M. and running thenoe N 010-34'-09" E 25.0' , thence N
300-30'-31" W 63.5' to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 300-301-
31" W 149.1' . All located in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, and
containing 0.035 and 0.070 acres respectively.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City
of Ames, Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described
property caused by the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the
rights granted.
