corporation, its successors and assigns , the perpetual right to
enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct ,
reconstruct , clean up , operate , maintain, and cover over and repair
a sanitary sewer upon, under and across the land
described as follows :
DESCRIPTION : A 15 feet wide permanent easement bounded on the west by a
line more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 4,
Hunziker-Furman 6th Addition, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence North 44 feet, thence
North 10 00' 00" West for a distance of 96 feet more or less to the north property line of
Lot 4. Containing . 05 acres approximately.
A 15 feet wide temporary construction easement bounded on the east by a line more particularly
described as follows: Commending at the Southeast Corner of Lot 4, Hunziker-Furman 6th Additior
City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence West 15 feet; thence North 44 feet; thence North
70 00' 00" West for a distance of 45- feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on
the same bearing, North 70 00' 00" West, for a distance of 52 feet more or less to the North
property line of Lot 4, and
A second temporary construction easement of variable width bounded on the West by the
permanent easement described above and on the East by the East property line of lot 4,
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition t-hat
the City of Ames , Iowa, will assume all liability for all dz�,,!,ages to
the above described property caused by the City' s failure to use due
care in its exercise of the rights ranted.

Hunziker-Furman 6th Addition, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence West 15 feet;
thence North 44 feet; thence North 70 00' 00" West for a distance of 45 feet to the

EASEMENT COMPENSATION EXHIBIT
1. The City of Ames will pay $640.00 as compensation for the easement.
2. The City will re-rock the disturbed area of the existing driveway
and the parking- lot and construct,a..concrete drive approach.
3. The City will notify the property owner a minimum of 24 hours in
advance of construction activities closing the driveway. Parking
area and garage shall be accessible at the end of each day.
4. Construction limits shall be fenced to prevent encroachment.
