RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
We, Lester E. ;Armstrong and''Beulih S, Armstrong
consideration of th6 sum of One (41.00) Dollar and other valuable consider--
p_.
ations, the reeeiptj=whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto the
City of Ames, Iowa, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, the
right to enter upon the land located in the City of times, Iowa and described
as:
Outlot A Ellis Addition;
Lot Three (3) Olsen's Subdivision;
Lot Two (2) Olsen's Subdivision,
and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate., main-
tain, cover over and repair a storm sewer on said land, said sewer being
located on the land just described in approximately the following line;
Beginning at the end of the present storm sewer
in the North part of Lot 2 Olsen's Subdivision
and running in a Southerly direction 131.7'
through Lot 2 and into Lot 3 thence in a Westerly
direction 121.8' through Lot 3 Olsen's Subdivision
and into outlot A Ellis Addition to the end of
present storm sewer.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the City
of Ames, Iowa will assume liability for all damage to the above described
property caused by the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the
granted right.
