RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, Rolling Homes Inc. , of the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa, for and in consideration of. the _sum of One Dollar, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the
City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, its successors and assigns , the
perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain
a sanitary sewer upon, across or under the following described
real estate situatuated: in the County of Story, State of Iowa,
to-wit:
Ten (10) feet on each side of a line beginning at a
point 16 . 9 feet West of the Northeast corner NW-1/4
NE-1/4 Section 15, Township 83 North, Range 24 West,
thence South 339. 53 feet, thence S 0°30 ' W. 307. 58
feet, thence S 60051120" E. 22. 22 feet to the West
line of the NE-1/4 NE-1/4 said Section 15.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the City of Ames will assume responsibility for all damage to the
above described property caused by the said City' s failure to use
due care in its exercise of the granted right.
