Don & Diane,
I'm not sure if the address of 119 E. 12th or 121 E. 12th should matter too much. I'm seeing it listed both
ways on the paperwork as well.
The address is 119 E. 12th Street according to the Assessor's website.
The proper legal description for the lot is "Lot 4, Block 7 of the Sunrise Addition". The easement will need
to be vacated using the
legal description for the lot and not the address that is"arbitrarily"assigned by the City.
Let me know if you would like me to modify the drawing related to the CAF if necessary to include the
legal description for the lot. That
may clear up any confusion.

The Agenda says 119-12th Street; yet some of the paperwork says 121 E. 12th. Is that an issue?
