Commencing at the SE Corner of Section 2, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of
the 5th P.M. , thence North 50 Feet to the point of beginning, thence West
695.3 Feet, thence South 10 Feet, thence East 695.3 Feet thence North 10 Feet
to the point of beginning.
See attached plat marked and made a part hereof.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City
of Ames, Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to the above described
property caused by the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the
rights granted.
