HomeMy WebLinkAboutA001 - Release of Easement RELEASE OF RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned City of Ames, Iowa, hereby releases and cancels any and all right-of-way permits and easements for electrical utility purposes covering the following described premises in the County of Story in the State of Iowa: Any easement right for electrical utility purposes acquired on a ten (10) foot strip of land* being five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 20, thence Northeasterly along the boundary line between Lots 18 and 20 and said boundary line as extended, to a point on said extended boundary line being twenty-five (25) feet Northeasterly from the Southwest corner of Lot 19, all in University Heights Third Addition to Ames, Story County, Iowa. See Exhibit A attached. Any and all other right-of-way permits and easements hereto- fore granted shall remain in fulL,,force and effect, save and except as it applies to the above described premises.
