Swanson, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, (do/") hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns , the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over and repair a sanitary sewer upon, under and across the land described as follows: DESCRIPTION : A permanent easement 10 feet on both sides of and a temporary easement up to 50 feet on both sides of a line more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Outlot A, Scalado Ridge Third Subdivision, and running westerly along the north property line of said Outlot A a distance of 27 .2 feet to the point of beginning, thence S 2°05 '45" W 329 feet to the south property line of said Outlot A. See attached plat marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof. There is also hereby granted a right of ingress and egress over and across adjacent land and a temporary right of encroachment over and across adjacent land on either side of the above described line only during the period of construction.
