U SUPPLEMENTAL LETTER OF AGREEMENT December 10, 1973 This supplemental letter of agreement states additional consideration given to Roy R. DeMoss and Evelyn A. DeMoss, 0 - g y husband and wife, for the granting of the right-of-way permit and i leasementin connection with the Skunk River Sanitary Outfall Extension and made a part hereof: Id a) The City of Ames will pay the total of $518.38. b) The City of Ames will, after completion of construc- t tionjgod with bluegrass all area within the j temporary easement and permanent easement. c) The City of Ames further agrees that in the event, during construction, any trees or shrubs are damaged, outside the permanent easement on the g � property of the above named, the City of Ames will pay the above named reasonable damages . f 3 d) The City of Ames will replace the basketball pole and backboard and concrete slab.
