Cohen and Mace Siegel, in consideration of the sum of one dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants to the City of Ames, Iowa, a Municipal Corporation, and the North- western Bell Telephone Company, a corporation, their successors and assigns, the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain and use their electrical lines, telephone lines, wires, cables and other equipment or any part thereof for the purposes of conveying electrical current for power and lighting purposes, and for conveying telephonic and telegraphic messages and other authorized transmissions, underground and overhead of the real estate described as follows: A 10 foot wide easement lying West of a line 19 feet West of and parallel to the West line of Lots 12, 13 ±' and 16, Block B, Black 's 2nd Addition, Ames, Iowa, said easement beginning at the North line of said Lot 12 extended West and running thence South to the North line of South 3rd Street, Ames, Iowa. ! Also, an easement beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, Block B, Black 's 2nd Addition, Ames, Iowa thence West 19 feet, thence South 5 feet, thence East 19 feet, thence North 5 feet to the point of beginning. F Also, an easement beginning at a point 20 feet West of the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block B, Black's k; 2nd Addition, Ames, Iowa, thence North parallel with Lots 1, 4, 5, 8 and 9, Block B, Black's 2nd Addition, Ames, Iowa, 312.3 feet to a point 20 feet West and 30 feet North of the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block B, Black's 2nd Addition, Ames, Iowa, thence West 5 feet, thence South 312 .3 feet to a point 25 feet West of the Southwest corner of Lot 9 in said Block B, Black's 2nd Addition, thence East 5 feet to the point of + beginning. i The undersigned Macerich Real Estate Company, their heirs and assigns, shall have the right to relocate the easement if necessary to do so because of a change in the use of the property or new construction thereon.
