KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : k That (I/we) , George in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and- other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, (do/does) hereby grant unto the City of Ames , Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns , the perpetual right to enter upon the land described and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, and cover over and repair a sanitary sewer upon, under and across the land described as follows : DESCRIPTION A permanent sanitary sewer easement 20 feet in width, and a temporary construction easement 50 feet in width, more particularly described as the West 20 feet, and the West 50 feet respectively, of the North 200 feet of the westernmost part of Lot 6C in Damon Catron' s Subdivision. See att-ached plat marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof. The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames, Iowa, will assume all liability for all damages to .the a.bc>ve described property caused by the City' s failure to use due care in s exercise of the rights granted.
