follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot C, McDonald's Subdivision to the
City of Ames, Iowa; thence West 17 Feet; thence North 20 Feet; thence East 7.5 Feet;
thence North 40 Feet; thence West 2.5 Feet; thence North 55 Feet; thence West 5 Feet;
thence North 25 Feet; thence East 17 Feet to the 'Northeast Corner of said Lot C;
thence South 140 Feet to the point of beginning.
A permanent easement more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot C, McDonald s Subdivision to the City of Ames,
Iowa; thence West 12 Feet; thence North 20 Feet; thence East 2.5 Feet; thence North
4D Feet; thence West 2.5 Feet; thence North 80 Feet; thence East 12 Feet to the
