Zingg, husband and wife, in consider- ation of the sum of One Dolb.r and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the right to enter upon the land described as follows: Lot 21, Friedrich's 15th Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, and the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, clean up, operate, maintain, cover over and repair a sanitary sewer upon, under and across said land as follows: Five (5) feet on each side of a line beginning at a point 89. 1 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot 21 of said Friedrich's 15th Addition. to Ames, Iowa, thence South 690 161 West to a point 11. 3 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 21. There is hereby granted also a temporary easement over and across an additional 10 feet on each side of said sewer line for construction purposes. The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the City of Ames.
