We, Schill and Hanson Builders , Inc. of Ames, Story Count ,
Iowa, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Iowa,

=in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , the receipt of

located in First Addition, Rolling Meadows Subdivision to Ames,
;Iowa, substantially as indicated upon the blue print plan attached ,

The North 5 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9;
The South 5 feet of Lots 10, 11, 12 and 16;
Five feet adjacent to the southeasterly boundary of
Lots 14 and 15;
The West 5 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 12;
Five feet adjacent to the southwesterly boundary of
Lot 15;
f. -- The East 5 feet of Lots 10 and 13;
Five feet adjacent to the easterly boundary of Lots
3 and 16;
Five feet adjacent to the westerly boundary of Lots
4 and 15;
The East 4 feet of Lot 7;
The West 4 feet of Lot 8;
That part of Lot 13 lying within 5 feet of a line bearing
South 89037' West and extending from the southeast
corner of Lot 13 to the westerly boundary of Lot 13 .
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition)
Nthat the City of Ames will assume liability for all damage to the !
