RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
ire, Phil Coy & Sons, a partnership composed of Jack Coy and Richard
Coy; Jack Coy and Elizabeth E. Coy, husband and wife; Richard Coy and Gretchen
Coy, husband and wife; Richard K. Bliss and Patricia L. Bliss, husband and
wife; and Milford A. Fjare and Maxine Fjarev husband and wife, of Ames, Story
County, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of Ames, Iowav a municipal
corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to construct,
reconstruct, maintain, and use its electric lines) consisting of poles, wires,
overhead or underground cables, fixtures, anchors and other similar equipment
or any part thereof, for the sole purpose of conveying electric current for
power and lighting purposes, together with the right to extend to any telephoner
electric or power company the right to use Jointly with the grantee, any pole
placed pursuant to the provisions hereoft together with the right to trim any
trees to allow for a clearance of at least four feet where necessary to secure
adequate clearance for the safe operation of the electric lines, upon, undergrourd,
or adjacent to that certain piece of real estate described as followss
