RELEASE OF RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, City of Ames, IOW ,
hereby releases and cancels that certain right of way permit and easement as
it covers the following described premises in the County of Story and State of
Iowa:
The South 5 feet of Lot 8, Broadmoor Fifth Addition to Ames, Iowa,
said right of way permit and easement being given, along with other easements,
in a certain instrument executed by Phil Coy & Sons, a partnership composed
of Jack Coy and Richard Coy by Jack Coy; Jack Coy and Elizabeth E. Coy,
husband and wife; Richard Coy and Gretchen Coy, husband and wife; Richard
K. Bliss and Patricia L. Bliss, husband and wife, and Milford A. Fjare and
Maxine Fjare, husband and wife, to the City of Ames, Iowa, dated October
8, 1962 and recorded April 30, 1963 in Book 93 at Page 410 of the records
in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa.
Said right of way permits and easements granted by said instrument
to remain in full force and effect, save and except as it applies to the above
described premises.

Notary Public in and for Story County, Iowa, appeared Pearle P. De Hart
and M. W. Jordan, to me personally known, who being by me duly sworn,
did say that Pearle P. De Hart is Mayor and that M. W. Jordan is the City
Clerk of the City of Ames, Iowa, a Municipal Corporation, and that the seal
affixed to the written instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation;
that said instrument was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation, by
of the City Council, and that each of them acknowledged the execu-

resolution was duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, at its regular session
on the 5th day of October, 1965.
