Does that sound right to you? If so, can you please tell us the following? • Have the construction loan application and proforma been submitted to IFA? If so, could you please send us a copy or our file? • Has the City spent any money on the project that will be reimbursed using proceeds from the loan? If so, please send us a list of the date, amount, and general purpose of each expenditure (i.e. engineering, studies, land acquisition, construction, etc.). We will report that figure to the IRS.
