We are working with Diane Voss to get the financing documents signed by the Mayor and City Clerk. I understand the trustee had a few "patriot act" type internal documents to sign, which I am happy to look at. All of the City documents (listed below) are authorized to be signed by the October 8 resolution. The Mayor and City Clerk are the only signatories, except by statute the Treasurer signs the back of the Bond, which we have his signature on file from the other financings with the City so he doesn't have to physically sign it. Here are the City documents, which are near final: t' 4 Supplemental indenture Bond Purchase agreement Closing Certificate of the Issuer Tax Certificate, which is endorsed by the Hospital and the Hospital is responsible for monitoring and spending the money. We are reviewing and confirming the information with Gary. The 8038 will be prepared for closing and we send that out separately, and we sign that as the tax prepayer. We can accommodate however you would like on that (ie send directly to Diane or to you for signature);just let me know. Let me know if there is a time you would like to review the documents or if you have questions.
