Dear Diane:
We have prepared and enclose the necessary proceedings to be used at the Council
meeting on August 28 to report the bids received and to adopt the resolution awarding the sale
and issuance of the City's General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2018A.
The proceedings enclosed include the following items:
1. Minutes showing the bids received, followed by the Resolution awarding the sale
and issuance of the Bonds.
2. Certificate attesting the transcript.
Please file a copy of the executed resolution with the Story County Auditor and have the
' Auditor sign the certificate that is included at the end of these proceedings.
