Dear Diane:
We have prepared the enclosed proceedings related to the action taken at the Ames Council meeting on
December 8 to adopt the resolution approving the sale and issuance of the City's Electric Revenue Bonds.
The proceedings attached include the following items:
1. Minutes of the meeting covering the adoption of the resolution approving the sale and issuance of
the Bonds.
The form of Bond, Authentication Certificate and Assignment set out under the resolution should not be
completed or executed.
2. Certificate attesting to the transcript.
Please return one fully executed copy of these proceedings to us for our records.
Also enclosed are three copies f the Loan Agreement for execution by you and the Mayor. After they
have been signed, please retu o the executed copies to us so that we can have them signed on behalf of the
Purchaser of the Bonds,a er w£ h we will furnish you with a signed original for the City's records.
Finally, we are enclosin two copies o the Continuing Disclosure Certificate for execution by you and the
Mayor. Please return one fully e coal of the Certificate to us for our file,and retain one original for the
City's records.
