Dear Diane:
We have prepared and enclose proceedings to be used at the Council meeting on March 1, 2016,
covering the hearing and the adoption of the resolution authorizing the debt service property tax levy for
the fiscal year beginning July 1,2016.
After it is adopted, a certified copy of the enclosed resolution must be filed with the Story County
Auditor no later than March 31.
The proceedings enclosed include the following items:
Minutes of the March 1 Council meeting covering the hearing. The minutes as drafted
assum/&t no objections will be filed or made to the Loan Agreement.
Resolution authorizing the Loan Agreement and the debt service levy for the fiscal year
beginn'mg July 1, 2016 in the amount of$602,000.
Certificate attesting the transcript.
Certificate of the County Auditor relating to the filing of a certified copy of the
Resol n in that office.
