Hello,
Below if the resolution for the agenda for the August 9 meeting. We will get you the
proceedings on Tuesday, if that is ok. We thought that the hearing could be held on
September 13 and the city council could also authorize the issuance of the bonds at that
time. That would minimize the process to two, rather than three, city council meetings.
