Thanks. Please note that the $300, 000 for City Hall is subject to a reverse referendum, and the notice of that hearing must be published at least 10 days before the date of the hearing. About this time every year, I ask if you want to be authorized to levy an additional debt service tax to begin making payments on new GO debt you plan to incur in the next fiscal year. In order to have legal authority for this new levy, the Council must set a date for and hold a public hearing on a "not to exceed" amount of GO debt and adopt the "pre-levy" resolution putting the tax levy in place for the next fiscal year. If you will provide me with the list of proposed categories of projects and your estimate of the maximum amount to be borrowed, I can prepare a resolution and notice of hearing for action by your Council.
